How Pre-Ordering Works

Everything on our Bakes & Cakes menu is made fresh after you order — here’s how it works.

How it works

1. Order ahead. Everything is made to order — most items need 48 hours’ notice (each listing tells you exactly how much).
2. We confirm on WhatsApp. Within 24 hours of your order, our team messages you personally to lock in your pickup or delivery slot.
3. We get to work. Your order is baked and assembled fresh at our Sector 9 workshop — never frozen stock, never a shortcut.
4. Pickup or doorstep. Collect from Manny’s, Sector 9, Chandigarh — or we’ll deliver locally across the Tricity.

Good to know

• Everything is pre-order only — made fresh, in small quantities, after you order.
• Chandigarh / Tricity only for now: Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur & nearby. No pan-India shipping (yet).
• Pickup is always free. Local delivery is available; any delivery charge is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
• Need it for a specific date or occasion? Mention it in the order note — we’ll do our best to make it work.
